Does bleaching your body hair trigger more hair growth?

I have bleached the hairs on my arm and I'm worried that this may have triggered more hair growth.. Is this possible?Does bleaching your body hair trigger more hair growth?
Thats nasty, just shave it off Furball!!!Does bleaching your body hair trigger more hair growth?
No it doesn't.

What you are seeing is unbleached growth. It shows up easily through the bleached hair and looks as though you are getting more hairy.

This sort of thing happens because hair grows much faster than most people think. That's why ';peroxide blonds'; always seem to have dark roots. The darker hair grows enough to show in days.

Don't muck about with bleaches or other strong chemicals. They won't do your skin any good in the long term (take a close-up look at the wrinkles on elderly ';Beautiful people'; to see what happens after decades of sun and ';beauty'; chemicals).

If you're rich enough to afford regular professional treatments, like film stars get, that would be safer and better.

If you are worried about dark hair on your arms just wax it off or use a depilatory cream. The new hair will grow back as stubble and won't be so obvious because it'll all be the same colour.
No it doesn't, it just makes it look like your hair is growing more quickly because the roots will be much darker than the bleached hair, if your hair wasn't bleached you wouldn't notice it. If it bothers you a lot I'd suggest you try waxing or sugaring at it removes the hair from the root and takes about 4 weeks to grow back, if you wax/sugar regularly you'll find that your hair grows back thinner and more sparsely which will make it look like you have less hair anyway so it won't be as noticable
I've bleached my arm hair for around 5 years and can say absolutely not. Hair growth is the exactly the same, you do get so used to your arms looking better though so if you leave it ages between bleachings it feels like they look hideous. Your arms will look great in summer too with a light tan but remember to not sunbathe etc for 24 hours after bleaching.
No. Most bodily hair (minus the hair on your head but occasionally) will only grow to a certain lengh anyway (eyelashes and eyebrows definitely) so bleaching it should be okay until the bleach wears off.
100% impossible.
No. It doesn't.
