Okay, more hair growth questions!

alright, heres a decent picture of my hair type.

http://i94.photobucket.com/albums/l97/wingopina/batmannnn.jpg

its pretty curly, and light thin brown. this is my hair after being finger combed from swimming.

i take biotin every day, one tablet a day, and I try my best to wash/condition it only every other day. I drink lots of herbal teas, and I eat dairy products and veggies as often as possible, and I also drink lots of water. I'm trying my best to make it healthier after terrible haircuts and some hair dye around my tips.( you can hardly see it, its a little darker than my natural color, it blends in too much)

My goal is to grow my hair down to my midsection! i want it at least two inches in a matter of months. how can I get there? hair combing techniques? home remedies? anything! How can I prevent breakage? I used the silk cap idea, and it made my hair look worse? :[

your help is appreciated.Okay, more hair growth questions!
cut an inch off the bottom to remove the split ends so they dont work their way up to your roots. use deep conditioner twice a week like ';bumble%26amp;bumble deeeep.';Okay, more hair growth questions!
Try a product called HAIR BEAUTY PLUS. it's supposed to give you 3 months worth of hair growth in a week!
LOL I KNOW YOU
you have hottttt hair
Well going healthy is a good start, and I heard organic foods help as well. But I have to tell you, there are periods in your life where in two months you have a growth spurt of hair, kind of like the stages where a child also has growth spurt. I.e. one year you might have 24inches of growth in you hair, since on average hair grows about 2inches per month, or in a year you might get significantly less or more, it depends on how your individual body works and what course it takes. Plus, your hair looks healthy and I hope you get your goal of hair growth, even though the diets people take aren't exactly scientifically proven heh.
Step1 Dispel the notion that growing your hair out means never cutting it. You will still want to have your hair trimmed to keep it healthy and give it some shape. Spacing out your trims to once every two months or so is a good start.

Step2 Decide on the style you eventually want. Let your stylist know what length or style you’re working towards. This way she can trim your hair in a way that can help you reach your goal as quickly as possible.

Step3 Maintain a healthy lifestyle. Although your hair is dead once it grows out of your scalp, the root is a living part of your body. To ensure maximum growth, take care of yourself by eating right, exercising, and getting enough sleep.

Step4 Grow out all or most of your layers. Have the bottom of your hair cut while allowing the layers to “catch up.” This a great step towards longer hair. Try aiming for a blunt bob-type hairstyle first. It’s an easy first goal to achieve and will give your hair a style while it's growing out.

Step5 Buy a good shampoo and conditioner for your hair. Since you won’t be cutting your hair as often, you’ll want to make sure you take very good care of it to avoid dryness and damage. If your hair gets dry, it may begin to split, which will rob you of the length you’ve been working so hard to obtain.

Step6 Experiment with different looks. Your hair is going to go through many different lengths and styling possibilities on its road to your ultimate hair goal so go with it. Invest in hair accessories such as headbands to keep unruly bangs or side layers at bay and funky clips to add style to layers as they grow out.

Be careful about overdoing it with heated styling tools. Too much blow drying or use of flat irons or curling irons can damage hair, causing you to have to cut off more than the small trim you'd normally need.

A great color can be a super addition to your ever-changing looks, but be careful not to over do it. Too much coloring can severly damage your hair so opt for just getting your roots touched up or using a semi-permanent color for complete color changes.

Lack of proteins and vitamin B6 always aggravates hair fall. Plus the deodorant you use should be free of chemicals because many deodorants contain led and other chemicals which close the pores and the body is not able to get rid of toxins and these toxins in the system create acidity and weaken hair follicles.

Home remedy can be oiling one hour before shampoo and 15 minutes before shampoo use egg yolk and 2 table spoons of yoghurt mixed together. Apply on your scalp as one would apply hair dye plus
